A person should research something before they bring it up as a possibility, even if they add a question to that possibility. Ending your previous response at "No. There are no expansion plans now or any time in the foreseeable future at UT" would have sufficed.
Again, this "serial poster" (still trying to figure out how someone is a serial anything after 2 months and 13 posts) didn't say "Instead of transferring, see if you can start a colony!" She ASKED more knowledgeable posters IF there was a possibility for expansion. You're the one who tried to make it messy.
