Talk to your sisters and answer these questions:
- What is important to your group? (Academics? Sisterhood? Ideals?)
- How does Greek life/your org fit into your campus culture? (Are you unknown? Trying to grow?)
- What do you have in common? (Ideas for philanthropy/service projects can come out of here.)
- What do you want your group to look like in 10 years? (number of members, multiple chapters, etc.)
I'm sure that there are a hundred more questions you can ask yourself. Think about your answers to those questions, then figure out activities that support your interests and growth.
For example, if you are not well known on campus, do things that make others aware of you. Wear letters/colors on a certain day, eat lunch together as a group, join other groups/clubs and wear your letters, etc.
Do you see how I took something that you might want to fix, thought about how to fix it, and came up with three solid activities to support it?
Make your list of questions, and do the same.
