Honestly I still probably wouldn't 'get' it (it's not that hard to 'get', it's hard to find humorous) as I wouldn't hang around with 'that crowd' anyway.
And no, it's not in Colbert's league.

It's just really not all that serious or deep. Exaggeration is an actual method of satire. Once again, I'm sure some of these people are deadly serious, but most are not and it's a way to make fun in an entertaining manner.
to "that crowd". Generally speaking I don't either, as I'm sure I wouldn't reach up to anyone who is serious's standards. But I still think it's funny.
It's ok for people to find amusement here.

Drolefille doesn't, so no one can...obviously.

You are obtuse today.
My comment was not about whether it's satire or not, it was about whether it's funny to everyone or only to a particular group of people from a particular area of the country who attended particular schools.
So yes, "that crowd." I have no experience with Tucker Max so I went to his website and read the Sushi story and found it to be entirely not funny. So yes, that crowd. The ones who think "sorostitute" is funny. Or satirical.
Of course, I'm saying that it's not OK for you to find this funny. That is obviously what I said this whole time. People should only laugh at what I find funny. You're awfully defensive in your obtuseness.

There's nothing satirical there. "Fuckery" maybe, satire no.

Don't be embarrassed about what you like. You don't need to justify it to me.
I'm sure cargo shorts are very funny among white upper-middle class greek college students at public southern universities.

I'm getting a whole lotta HTT vibe. I'm happy that I'm not too good to be able to enjoy both intelligent and blatantly stupid humor. I like laughing.

Took you that long huh? Seriously, it's fine to find it funny, my response to Splash aside, I just don't. I'm not the only one who doesn't either, right? As people have pointed out it's (in part) about where you're from, not whether you like fart jokes and erudite cleverness or whether someone has a "sense of humor for satire." Enjoy it, or enjoy Dane Cook, or enjoy whatever it is you like. I don't dislike it because it's dumb, but because it's not funny to me, oh and that sororistitute thing.
The point
Your head.

What kind of shorts are dudes supposed to wear if not cargo shorts? Is the time finally ripe for the boxers-hanging-out-under-Jams look to make a glorious reappearance?
Re Affliction, I had to look it up. The leather on leather ensembles and multudinous crosses are a bit much, but they had some button downs and a white long sleeved top I thought were really cute.

Dane Cook...so not funny. The other thing I don't like about that site is the perpetual objectification of women. I went back to see if I just quickly judged it and found more than one not so nice nickname for sorority women that I won't repeat. I also thought back to my days in college and wondered when Greeks started worrying so much about "GDI"s? I think the only time that topic came up in college is when someone started chalking the campus with ugly statements about the sororities signed "Love, GDI!"

Read the "You Laugh, You Lose" thread and you'll see you aren't the only one who likes dumb stuff that not everyone finds funny. You all just disagree on this particular dumb thing.
We go back and forth about the darndest things on Greekchat.
