I didn't sleep well this night. I was so nervous. I ended up getting up pretty early and catching up on some t.v shows that people had always said were good. The end. I think my heart broke a little. This was something that I had been looking forward to for a while and I could picture myself at home with these girls. I couldn't think about it. I called a friend and talked to them about it a little and then I threw myself into other things to keep myself busy. I remember wishing that I had work that day so I could go do something to take my mind off of it. It's been a couple days now and I am feeling better for the most part, just disappointed. I know that most, if not all, of the sororities made quota which is awesome for the campus Greek life but I am still hoping that one of my favorite chapters does informal recruitment in spring. Until then, I actually do have a couple clubs that I want to join that are based around my major.
Overall though, I did have a good time during recruitment and hope that there is another chance for me to become a part the Greek community on campus.
