If you're ever in the Chicago area, though, you have to try El Tipico, on Dempster Street in Skokie for wonderful Mexican. Of course, this post is coming from a native Midwesterner who actually likes seafood, so I don't know how much I am to be trusted
but try it, it's wonderful.

Cucumbers...I used to give them to my little (blood) sister, and when I moved to Pittsburgh and met KappaStarboy, I would always give him mine when I got a salad. One week, my sister came to visit and we all went out to dinner. I ordered my favorite salad (Pittsburghers, it's all about the Buffalo Chicken salad at the Union Grill in Oakland), picked out the cucumbers, and gave them to KappaStarboy. My sister turned to him and said "Ah, I see that's YOUR job now." It was funny.
