Actually DKE rejoined the NIC recently.

Part of the problem was that they spent tons of their own $$$ fighting freedom of association lawsuits and got no help from the NIC. I'm assuming that has been resolved somehow.

Now that's an understatement...DKE for one has pretty much said they will go dry when hell freezes over, and then you have other fraternities that completely embraced it. Among other issues. It seems like NPC never has those issues....I don't know whether that's due to gender or size, but sometimes I almost wish there was more discussion, if not necessarily dissension.
