Everyone should take note. This is what happens when you let children do and say whatever they want when they're young. There's a very good chance they'll continue their poor behavior when they're older and then it will be too late. You can't start to discipline at 18.

The meeting between Caroline and Danielle was totally for show. If you didn't want anything to do with someone, why would their number still be in your phone?

It seemed like Caroline was reciting a memorized speech.

It was just DUMB, DUMB, DUMB.

Them having a family dinner while waiting for Caroline to finish her meeting was DUMB, DUMB, DUMB. Is she the matriarch Godfather?

I agree. I am working on this with some of the children in my life.

There's nothing cute about children thinking they are so cute, smart, witty and sarcastic enough to go word-for-word and joke-for-joke with adults. As sarcastic and smart assed as I am, I wasn't able to do all of that as a child. I was told to shut up and sit down plenty of times until I learned how to do it on my own. Now, I can talk and joke with the children in my life, but I am eager to tell them when they are one comment away from getting tackled and shackled to a chair.

That's also how I feel about Jaden Smith. The older he gets, he annoys me. He stopped being cute and funny when he was younger. Now he's annoying and that's another reason why I can't watch The Karate Kid.

I agree!! They called this a "showdown"???? Are you serious?! I think I slept through that entire encounter. So much for a season finale ...

Caroline annoys me. Everything is always "my family this" and "my family that" and "I burst into tears" and "my heart exploded" ... I mean, lady, gimme a break! The melodramatic way she explains things sounds so "mafioso" even though she tries to pretend they don't like to be associated with such.

When I look at Teresa and Jacqueline's children's behavior, I still say Danielle seems to know what she's doing (up to a point, of course) in comparison. When her daughter used profanity, it was corrected right away, unlike Ashley's comment about Danielle being an annoying fly. The fact that Danielle's daughter wanted to donate her birthday money to charity was rather unique in comparison to Teresa's daughters constantly yelling "Fab-u-louuuuuus!" Ashley should take some lessons from Danielle's daughters.

Now, whether Danielle coaxed her daughters to be goody-two-shoes just for the camera is another story.

Well, the good thing is that Danielle's segment ended by showcasing her daughter's accomplishments. That's good.

I know. For all Danielle's supposed faults, her kids appear to have their heads on straight. As for Ashley, she's a little bitch but in fairness, what, exactly, is she doing with her life? She's not working or going to college, that I know of. Maybe if she had something to occupy her time and mind besides her boyfriend, she'd straighten up.

They mentioned her working many times. It was even mentioned that she couldn't go to Italy because she was working and I believe she's going to pay for her own court costs. (I'm sure with some help but how many children of wealthy families ever work and pay their own way?)

The "my family" thing must just be an Italian thing because I know if someone was messing with my family (at least my fam in NY) it'd be the same way and we did have a Patriach who would take care of things. Last I checked my family wasn't mafioso.... that I know of.

I'm so sorry if I sounded rude by making a generalization. As an African American, I understand the importance of family as well and we, too, (personally speaking) also have a Patriarch of our family. But with that understanding, we don't have to mouth the words "my family" in every single sentence the way Caroline does.

And it's not just the whole "my family this and that" thing, it's more about her melodramatic way of explaining things. "When I heard my husband's diagnosis, ... I just burst into tears," or "When I heard my son say that, ... my heart just broke ..." or "When I looked over at my parents, my heart just exploded ..." I just feel like she overexaggerates her expressions, and it's annoying. I'm like, "Okay! We GET it, Caroline! Sheeeeesh!!"

We neither have a matriarch nor a patriarch of my family.

I love my parents but my parents are my parents; and there's no "leader" in the sense of matriarch or patriarch. If there was, that would drive me absolutely crazy and I would eventually have to tell that person to shut up and find a hobby.

The same goes for the "my family" thing. It is cultural and all things are wonderful in moderation. But, after a while, it can become overbearing. Caroline's meeting with Danielle was an example of a silly attempt at being the matriarch and defender of a family as though your meeting and opinion on the matter is THE CONCLUSION. I blame the show's producers and bad acting, but...Womp Womp. Snore.

My grandmother was the matriarch of my family and kept our family close knit but after she passed years ago, all hell broke loose (think Momma Joe, Soul Food, before they got it together) and we have never been the same.

I can relate to that. It's very sad when that happens because the family will probably NEVER be the same. Even if you found a bunch of money, it'll never have an ending like Soul Food. Everyone would end up fighting over the money! (ps that movie used to be on ALL the time and i haven't seen it in forever)

If things couldn't get trashier, Teresa's sister-in-law joins the cast as Dina's replacement.

To be honest, I don't know if I'll be watching next season. The reunion was a little too intense for my liking, and the show has gone from being pure entertainment to being uncomfortable to watch.

I'm with you on that. Not that I'm some kind of Danielle-advocate or anything, but I don't think anyone can truthfully call Danielle crazy after Teresa's animal-istic behavior on the reunion show. "Uncomfortable" you say? How 'bout utter shock and horror at watching this grown woman behave like someone who has absolutely NO self-control? I mean, ... how desperate for ratings can you get?
