Per a chapter rush advisor, quota at Arkansas was 93.

It's a question that I asked earlier...

We know that at least 5 houses took over 100 girls. Presumably at least 7 houses did. Did the other house that I dare not mention continue to stay low thus dragging it down? Could it work that way? I'm way too far off in the other lane.

Look up Quota Additions -they've been discussed in detail elsewhere. Quota's a set number (once it's set by the computer) anyone who gets more is getting QAs, anyone getting less didn't meet quota.

I think you're thinking of it as an average.
