Drolefille, I know some newer housing developments that you would absolutely love. These areas pride themselves with having large properties with lots of trees including smaller forests and woodlands (woods?). The properties are well monitored to make sure the animals don't get out of hand. This goes well for those who like nature and don't completely want to remove animals from human existences.
I grew up around tons of trees...TONS of trees...and I wouldn't live in a neighborhood without them.
