Good, I'm glad that this is not the case and there are other contenders! I think if you talk to different people, you get different answers. I would say that "tent talk"/talk among current undergrads would agree with your original top 5 (and I just left in May). Although, after working in the Greek Life Office for two years, I can confidently say that all 17 chapters are strong and provide great experiences for it's members.
