To preserve your manicure just apply a little topcoat every other day. And have the nail color to blend in chips.
Yes, I have seen French pedicures. Still not that popular, but its done. But the long nails....really not done here. An exception would be if one is ill and does arcylic over the nail bed to hold some sort of polish but again, short with a color. But really not done anymore.
