Wow...I just read the whole thread and am amazed at how quickly it degenerated into exactly what people like DZRose was trying to prevent (ie: senseless name-calling). Whether you find the nicknames funny or not, there are those who are truly offended by them and purposely continuing the topic when you know it will only cause more problems isn't the way to go. I could see beating this to death if the topic was something truly important, but it's nicknames...just nicknames. Whether you find them amusing or appalling, they are not the end all and be all of our Greek existence. So, let's retract our claws and move onto something more important. We make a big deal about being good representatives of the Greek system...if someone who was not Greek, or even just not a member of GreekChat, read this thread, what would they think of us? Just something to think about...
