NYC is $12+ I know people who came across the river just to buy cigarettes.

Yea, my alma mater's city did a $1 increase (to help fund the Cowboy's stadium) and I swore on a stack of bibles that I'd be quitting the minute that increase went into effect. We see how that turned out. But...

Those prices would scare my wallet SHUT!
Usually they're just under/over $4 in MI. There are always some $3 ones, though, when they come out with something "new."
