Hey, I say "It's his loss." Because it is. Because I'm awesome.
"I'mma do me" - first time I heard this, I had no idea as to what the person was trying to get across. I literally asked, "As opposed to doing your girlfriend later tonight?" I got a good laugh, but then someone had to explain to me what that meant.
Same with "Do you." First time I heard this, I thought someone had started to ask me a question, but forgot to finish asking it.
