I'm thinking maybe a group of girls got together and thought this was a good idea and that the advisors/national has no idea this was even done. It reminds me of the time one of our members called the President of another sorority (unbeknown to us) and ask if we could trade one of our PNM's for a PNM that the other sorority got. Not kidding it happened!

Are these women confusing sorority recruitment with baseball?!?!

If she improves herself, can a Top Tier sorority call up a girl from a Third Tier sorority?

Based on what I think I've heard from this poster/chapter before, I'd bet advisors are in on it, but HQ probably doesn't ask the right questions or get told the right things to get informed.
