Okay thanks! And can it be someone who is currently in the chapter? rather than just alumni?

Every sorority has a different policy on this. Some allow active members to write recs, while others allow alumnae only.

Also though Violet touched on this, also ask any men in those categories mentioned. They might know some sorority women who would be willing to help.
