A lot of times chapters are forced (by the school who is stupid) to be on NPC or IFC even when they really gain nothing from it. If there isn't a MGC or all-Greek council the school needs to read up on WHAT these chapters do and HOW they recruit and realize that shoving some of them into these governing orgs is kind of like throwing the Yankees into the NFL playoffs.
