Hmm. I don't know much about how this works, but is it possible that a mod could assist Chuck?

I totally agree! I am pretty sure a mod could help Chuck if, in fact, he has had a slight memory lapse. It would be the right thing to do...at least, I think Chuck would probably appreciate it.
