in the past guys attending tcc have rushed at fsu, but i thought i heard that fsu was cracking down on that. you might check on the fsu greek life website under ifc recruitment to see if there is any info. there. other than that, you might call the office or you could always ask your friend. good luck!
if you have any female friends attending tcc that might be thinking of rushing at fsu they are not allowed to. girls rushing have to be enrolled as full time students at fsu.
