I'm sorry this has turned into a trainwreck! In case you are still reading, my favorite recruitment shirt I've seen is a bunch of puzzle pieces with each sorority's letters on it and the phrase "Individually unique, together complete."
My school never did cool shirts. They always just said our school's name and "Panhellenic Recruitment [fill in the year]"
