So far...not all that crazy with The Heroic Age Marvel is pushing now but at least a summer can go by without a big crossover event going on.
BTW who is getting an iPhone 4 this week? Stories??

idk I'm hopeful for Heroic Age. usually what happens is that Marvel fucks thing up for 3-5 years then tries to fix it with something else. Sounds like what they are doing with Heroic Agr.

I preordered the iphone but I won't get it till after July 17th. The game I'm looking forward to this year is INFAMOUS 2!! MArvel Vs Capcom should be good as well.
I used to be big into comics when I was a pre-teen, mostly X-men. The cross-overs tended to be ridiculous then, so I can only guess how they are now. I still enjoy reading the X-men comics from the 70s and 80s but really havent kept up with them since that cross over where Professor X turned into that massive asshole and EVERYONE had to come and fight him.

What about dollhouses, prehistoric life, or astronomy? Does that count?

Yay!
o.k. yesterday I went to Cedar Point, and I'm probably one of, if not the only person there who not only loves rollercoasters and the other rides, but I love the physics about them that make people scream. I know, it's weird that I think about these things everytime I go to Cedar Point. Well, I think that the Raptor is like the fun physics king rollercoaster when it comes to coasters. I love that ride because it's a really good example that shows when objects move in circles of any size and at any speed, they create a new force that pushes outward, away from the center of rotation. It's fun and makes people scream because their bodies feel the centrifugal force when it makes a sharp turn. The Raptor kinda reminds me of what happens to an asteroid when it gets too close to Jupiter.
This is the best thread, ever.
