How Long did it Take You?????

How long did it take you to attend one of our National, Regional or area gatherings.

(Good topic on Delta Row...however, I think it would be too confusing if we mixed our information).

Made November 24, 1991--

Area Retreat -- undergrad (92/93)

Regionals -- Started going after '95 (Chicago '96) (had problems (chapter/individual -- 2/14/94--2/14/96) before then (it really wasn't me)

; Attended Regional Conference 1996, 1997, 2001, 2002.

Boule '-- Part of Hostess Chapter '92; 2000; 2002 (in Chicago in 1998, but had just decided to go back to law school...so wasn't registered).

Cluster -- Can't remember...too many

Furthermore, if you have been inactive...I say make this the year you come back to the fold...we miss you Sorors!!!! If you need information on how to reactivate, let me know! I can hook you up...if you don't have the time to participate with a chapter...remember, there's always BOULE (General Membership) which is really, really affordable.......

i crossed in Jan. '93.
First of 3 Clusters - March, 1993 in Columbus, OH
First of 5 Regionals - April, 1993
First of 3 Boules (5 if you count '80 in ATL as a kid and '00 but didn't register) - 1996 in Baltimore

i was mad i missed the '94 Boule in Indy 'cause i couldn't get "vaca" time. i was bad going to the 2000 Dallas Boule unregistered (i know, bad soror). i try to attend as many conferences as possible. i just went to the 2002 GL Regional
Conf. and will be in Orlando. i hope to meet and greet as many GCers as i can. so far, i've only met Soror Ideal08 and CrimsonTide

Been a Soror since December 2000. First Regional was June 2001 in Oakland; second was hosted by my chapter May 1-5 of this year in San Diego.
Not going to Boule this year, will be going in 2004. Probably going to cluster this year. Will attend second chapter retreat this September, attended a three-day one last September.
I also hope to meet more GCers. I met two, both Sorors, at FWRC.

I crossed in the Spring of 1999.
Regional Conferance:
Attended-- first in New Mexico in 1999.
--second in New Orleans in 2000
--2001 I was pregnant
--2002 was a hostess in Little Rock

Cluster Retreat:
Attended-- first in October of 1999
-- second in September of 2000
-- will attend this coming October

Never attended Boule. Planning for 2004!!!!

We have annual chapter retreats and I have yet to miss one since initiation.

I crossed Fall '99. My first Regional Conference was Spring 2001. I have yet to make it to a Boule. I'm planning on 2004, too!!!

You younger sorors are putting me to shame!

I was made Spring 1990 (May):

First cluster: 1991 or 92--can't remember (Gary, IN)
First regional: 1991 (Madison, WI); attended 1992, 2001 and 2002 (had some "stuff" going on between 1993-2000)
First Boule will be this year's gathering in Orlando, FL

I wanted to know what are the requirements for becoming a general member? What is the difference between being a general member and being a chapter member?

I crossed in 1989:

I was an illegal attendee to the FWRC in San Diego in 1984 and SARC in Atlanta in 1986 (unknowingly)...

I attended the Far Western Regional Southern California Cluster in 1989

I rode down to the SARC in 1990, but I decided to see my grandparents...

I attended the Boules in 1992 in New Orleans, 1996 in Baltimore and 1998 in Chicago.

After 1992, I attended several FWSC Clusters, FWRC and too many to count Founder's Days.

I've been a delegate at 2 boules and I don't know how many FWRC...
