You don't have to experience something to know it is a fact. I didn't experience the Titanic but I know it sank. Agzg as for points being made since no one has been to every single chapter in America it is just opinions as each of you said I have no proof these are rules you have no proof they aren't. Traditions are unspoken rules. It isn't a rule to hold the door for a women or call your teacher Mrs. Jones but we do. Atleast at U.
