Great topic!

I would have to say that the class that benefited me the most was Intro to Business. I took it at a jc (junior college) and not only did it teach me alot of what I needed to know to be successful in the corporate world, but the teacher that I had was extraordinary. She was convinced that everyone single student in her class (which was composed mostly of black females, and like only 2 black men, which is sad in itself) was and could be great.

She had so much vigor for teaching and she made us want to be successful and prosperous. She used to refer to us as CEOs, CIOs, and presidents. During class she would create real life scenarios of each of us owning and running a corporation and how the knowledge that we were acquiring would translate into wealth and prosperity for us. I LOVED that!

If it wasnt for her, I don't think I would know if it was possible for me to be wealthy and successful, but she believed that each of us had the responsibility to be!
