I usually just say, "My friend did/said blah blah blah" and don't explain that it was from GC.

I do this too!!

If something's in the news, I often find out about it here first - especially the funny, offbeat or controversial topics.

All joking aside, many of my conversations with my hubby have begun "someone on GC posted this....".

OMG, what I'm doing RIGHT NOW tells me I spend far too much time on GC. I bought a royal blue dress for my guy's graduation this weekend. I'm figuring out what to wear with it now, and I have a white sweater on top. My school didn't do this, but I totally found myself thinking of how I could do the color combinations for one of the rounds of recruitment. (i.e. Skit Day, everyone wears some combo of white, navy blue, and gold) I put in a yellow ribbon in my hair (Tri Delta!) then a pink flower instead (DG!)

I think I need to go outside...but change first! Lol
