I'm saving up to get a Nikon D200. It's a major investment for me. The camera is $1999 but I think it will pay off to have this in the long run.

I'm looking at a canon 20D. It will hurt a little though  parting with that cash.

I have 2 other cameras
Nikon F100  I use this all of the time
Nikon 6006  This is my backup

I also have the D40 which serves the purpose but now that it's two years since I posted this...the D200 is much cheaper and the D300 is out. I'm going to find a used one (from a reputable shop) with a partial or full warranty.

I finally got this and I picked up a new lens too!
SP AF17-35MM F/2.8-4 Di LD Aspherical (IF) F2.8 GREAT for night shooting!

I spoiled myself ROTTEN this past Christmas and one of the gifts I got myself was this beautiful thing from Target:
The Sony W120; 7.2 MP and I love the quality of my pics!!!

This is the camera I got for one of my besties for her birthday  :
Nikon S220 in Plum; purple is her favorite color, and this is exactly what she wanted for her birthday.  I also got her a 2 GB memory card and a carrying case, and I placed all of it inside this  , which was another gift!!!!
She loved it all!!!!!!!!!

my last camera purchase was the waterproof olympus 850 (blue):
prior to that i had the Fuji Z3 (pink)... i LOVE this camera and if i can get it repaired, it will go back to being my primary tool.

$6,999! EEEK!
I wouldn't get this though. I need 2.5 and below. Mucho expensive.
