I'm wondering if someone just threw a bunch of names into a hat and the first one hundred names drawn out made the list. I'm with MC about Barney's absence - that's absurd. Pearl the Landlord made it, but The Fonz didn't? Amanda Woodward made it but Mary Richards didn't?

The list is only for the last 20 years (see original post). The Fonz and Mary Richards are not eligible.
