NAGC is a SHAM!!
I went to them for research back in 2008; they had a site on GEOCITES up and running, and then it was shut down, for unkown reasons...I went looking thier for a Sorority home, that was community-based and the next day, Boom! it was gone; the girl, Meiko, or whatever her name is, her number was disconnected and the email addy did not work any more..
The orgs that are involved with them may be legit, but NAGC is not, from MY experience...I just feel that when you want to be recognized and you have no council to lead you, it gets "hairy"
As for Sigma beta Xi, I have known several women that have left this org due to mistreatment, false advertising and a variety of other things; I know that there are bad apples in the bunch, but, when you hear the same thing from 10 different ladies? Something is wrong there...
I hope that they are not as "janky" as NAGC, as thier core statement rocks "sisterhood through motherhood'
