We have many official photos - the kind that has the chapter, date etc. on the bottom - as well as family photos of it. I remember these well.

But for what it is worth, I am fairly confident that at no time it was a drunk slutfest. At least I hope not.

i don't know where yall go to school but when our moms come to town it is definitely a drunk slutfest! i suppose the apple never falls far from the tree.

Just because you're not the same trollpuppet, doesn't mean you're actually entertaining, especially when you're really really late.

*eyeroll* Yeah because it's a positive thing to take the word prostitute and add it to sorority. That's totally an image to encourage among 18-22 year-old women. And even better it shows non-Greeks that we're really all about the sex and booze!

I guess I can't speak for 'most actives'...but a lot of girls in the greek system at my school and my friends' schools throw it around. obviously no one desires to be a prostitute, it's more of a "taking it back" thing. the non-greeks made it up? i think my generation has been desensitized to a point, to us it is just a joke.

it's not offensive to me, though perhaps that's because i'm in a multicultural org. i just think its stupid.

Ugg I hate to agree with a troll but shes kinda right as far as "embracing" the word. A bunch of my sisters have captions on FB that say things like "sorostitute pose!" and joined a group called sorostitute. It makes me sad.
