Oh, if someone chooses to leave my sorority (or any NPC sorority) or to become inactive, we don't chastise them! That's their own personal decision to make. Now if someone is kicked out, it's pretty likely that their former sisters won't have much use for them, because it takes some pretty nasty behavior before you're kicked out, but even then I've seen there are some former sisters who will stand behind them.
