Me too. As a certified member of the "big boobies club," I feel for this woman but I'm still getting a breast reduction some day, when I finally woman up...

Oh and can't believe they only made her a B cup.

It still sucks to be top-heavy. I'm under 5'2" and it's a huge pain to buy shirts and dresses that don't make me look trashy, or don't make me look like I'm wearing a tent. I'm four (or is it two??) sizes bigger on top (10) than on the bottom (6).

I wanted to get a reduction, but for me, it's really risky to have elective surgery.

From experience doing breast reduction surgery, there is no easy way to calculate what cup size you end up with. You just plan for the best and try to make a breast that looks appropriate to the body size of the patient. For this patient, she would have had to undergo an "amputation" style breast reduction with nipple grafts to reconstruct her breasts. That makes it even harder to judge the final size.

As a surgery resident, I was the only resident of plastics for two months and got to actually do about 10 of these surgeries. They are really a lot of fun and look really good at the end!

One of my friends had a reduction when we were 19. I'm not sure what size she was before but she wanted to be like, an A after it was all done. She ended up being a B almost C. I didn't understand how until you explained it.

Right? Lol. I'm glad she got the help she needed, but this isn't gonna stop me from complaining. Although I only complain when I can't fit into shirts or dresses, otherwise I love my curves! lol

I agree, for me it's mostly about finding bras that fit but don't look like I just strapped myself into the space shuttle, and shirts that are actually fitted, darted, or otherwise acknowledge i don't want to look like I'm wearing a tent.

yes!!! I have some really cute tops that would otherwise look good, but w/ my boobs they just extend the shirt out too much that it makes me look bigger than I am....some even make me look pregnant (I only wear those when I have absolutely nothing else to wear).

I hate that I can't just look at a shirt and get it. I have to try it on because the way it looks on the hanger or the way it looks on other girls won't be the way it looks on me.

Oh and button up shirts, hello no. I've found one cut at Ann Taylor loft that looked good but even that has a tendency to pop a button at the WORST possible time.

There is this fabric tape that is double sided, that Stacy and Clinton suggest. It helps keep button-down shirts from pulling open. I don't know what it's called, but I bet that Wal-Mart or a craft store would have it.

I have some called "Fashion Tape", but you could just use double sided scotch tape to do the exact same thing. It's also great for any shirts that slide off your shoulders or show your bra straps. You just tape it in place.

Thing is, I don't think even that'll quite do it :-/

I've never had a button pop, but i have had it where the shirt stretches. I'm not gonna be buying an XL or a 2XL just so the stupid shirt doesn't stretch.

I also hate it when different bras make the clothes fit differently, because most of the time i'll forget to wear that specific bra.

And on that note, I hate it when bras fit me differently. I'm a 36D, normally, but some bras I have to go up to a DD just so that they will fit properly without the 'spill over.' I have one strapless that is a DD and it STILL doesn't fit.
