It really is a shame when a new GLO comes to campus and the existing GLO's give them no support. We always made a point of buying house tickets to the other sororities' fundraisers and showing up wearing letters... but in return, they did the same for us.
It *is* hard to bring a new national sorority to a campus, but it is possible. If there's an interested group of women and Panhel isn't ready to bring a new national in, the women can always form a local and maybe go national later... that's what happened with my chapter.
