I'm very confused by this. 1-why would a campus set quota with only 1 sorority, and then 2-how could they not make quota? I'd like to hear more about this... maybe the "quota" is a maximum allowed or something? Is this politics of some sort?

The campus has several local sororities. Irishpipes does not include the locals in her listings (this isn't the only school like that) because unless a member of that group is on GC, there is no way to find out accurate numbers.
