Must any of you post if you aren't going to help. I asked a question and I am sure there are people that can give advise on to go elsewhere or just to stay not Greek. Seeing as I didn't break rules or do things that embarassed or caused discipline action to the Fraternity I have been given a raw deal. It shouldn't just be life sucks sometimes and move on.

Hey jackass, I was asking a question, not attacking you. Re-read my post.
And learn to type.

GC, excuse my IFC lane swerve and ignorance, but are Phi Kappa Tau and PKE the same fraternity?

You should just face up to it. THESE GUYS ARE NOT YOUR FRIENDS. Friends do not cut friends. Run as fast as you can away from them. Don't ever have anything to do with any of them ever again. Try to join another fraternity were you can find real friends if this is even possible at this point.
Just to make you feel better, some fraternities pledge more guys than they ever intend to initiate. A lot of this goes on in the big schools in the South. They think this is really cool. I guess this makes them feel more exclusive or something.

Its not just in the South - on my campus its not uncommon for some chapters to pledge twice the men they initiate so they can brag about how many guys they got at the IFC meeting. I don't mind the bragging, but if you don't initiate all of them its really moot point.
OP, listen to Barbie's Rush's three point plan. New members are the lifeblood of any fraternity so they're not going to shoot themselves in the foot for a spiteful vendetta if they actually like you.
