Our greek system is constantly growing! We have had 4 fraternities join the IFC within the past 2 years. And 3 sororites (one NPC)
As far as participation, it is usually the sororities on campus who open up to the new guys quickly, offering help, or helping with philanthopy etc..
I wouldn't be able to tell you if the fraternities open their arms graciously...but Im sure on a PR level they do to some extent
At our school, PR is pretty big here.
I would like to say our greek system is pretty unified, but that I guess is all how you look at it.
