I think XM/Sirius is pretty standard too, as are heated seats, windshield washer fluid nozzles, side mirrors, etc. I mean, it's an option package available on just about any model of any car.
Not always the case. My Ford Escape Limited had all the bells and whistles other than heated leather seats. In order to get the heated seats one needed to get the Mercury Mariner, Ford just didn't offer that for Escape even though it's the same damn car
