I don't think Cappie lacks ambition at all sis, I feel like he has a lot of ambition, just for the wrong things. To him, being the head of KT is all he's ever gonna need for the time being. His Pavlovian needs are being met there, so there is no point to move on. The minute he hankers for more he has more than enough potential to achieve it. That's why he's this likeable character. However, it was a big mistake to put Casey back with him because now she's just seeing what a "loser" he is again. That was pointless.
