I googled it and it looks like a list of Greek orgs under sanction at LSU.

I read it as that particular group as not being allowed to (re?)colonize until that date. They are a fraternity, for the record.

Sanctions are usually given for various reasons (risk management violations, grades, etc.). The details are not usually for public consumption.
