I usually end emails with "Best Regards" but I do shorten it to Best when it's someone I know or am I contact with frequently.

There are some people I work with who have Best Regards and have it set as part of their signature. It sounds weird to me, especially at work.

"You can use grant #A_____ for that purchase"

FirstName LastName

It seems unnecessary to me and too formal for that particular type of communication.

The only time I've ever heard twee being used was from a friend in Dublin, who thought that Maeve Binchey's writings were too twee. I heard it as Two, Three, and thought she had a speak impediment at first!
