My chapter did this a year or two ago, and I wouldn't be surprised if it was mentioned in another thread here. Basically, the sisters pick dates for the other girls, and it's supposed to be a surprise. I think we pulled names out of a hat, so I found out I was supposed to pick a date for Suzy. Of course, some girls have boyfriends, so it's easy just to invite them. I think some girls hinted at who they wanted their sister to pick for them, and some just brought someone they thought they'd get along with.
