I didn't meet this "Soror" myself, but one of my LBs ran into my "missing Duece" while he was in the mall. She had the nerve to claim that she was from my chapter and Spring 2000 (it was fall of 2000 at the time). I don't advocate perping of any kind but if somebody is just dying to perp why are you going to claim a chapter from the city that you are visiting? 9 times out of 10 the person you are talking to knows you're lying.
