UTK is a very competitive recruitment. 1/3 of their freshman class this year had a high school gpa over 4.0, and most of those girls rush. So your grades need to be excellent, you need a strong and diverse resume with leadership and community service, and you will need recs, preferably 2, to every chapter. Good Luck!
