I havent read up on it further but one of two things (or both) probably happened--the surgical team failed to use sterile technique at some point or another during the procedure and an infection resulted, or two--something got knicked with the knife that shouldnt have resulting in an infection.

I am not a fan of his politics either like most sitting in congress right now--even from my own party, but I wouldnt wish any of them physical harm. Being fired by the American people yes--harm no.
