I'm originally from Buffalo and while the amount that you guys got wouldn't be such a big deal in Buffalo, it would still cause problems, and at least the kids would probably get a couple of snow days. Don't let that bia ruin your thoughts of Buffalonians - we wouldn't wish our winters on anyone!

I've been very concerned about my friends who live in the DC area, but I called them all yesterday and they all assured me that they were fine and having fun with the kegs they were lucky enough to get prior to the storm. Well, one was pissed because everyone's getting days off but they were his original days off so he hasn't missed any work yet, but on the whole they're warm and happy - and I'm glad to hear it.

Well guess what...there are a lot of people in DC gov't mad because they still had to work while the rest of the area is off

Government can't stop I guess. I used to live in Alexandria and I remember people freaking out over 2 inches of snow, I can only imagine how people are handling this blizzard over there.
