We used to focus on candy/baked goods, games, and movies. Keep it light, silly, and fun. One word of caution: don't go too far towards the 'I hate love, singles unite' thing. There may well be girls there who just want sisterhood, can't be with their significant others, and may feel excluded if people start putting down relationships. (My current bf and I were long distance my junior and senior year--so that one's close to home!)
