My school was like that except no one really has been kicked off but a few when I was there. The men's groups haze in front of all and the soccer team....I mean really, we are talking about in the middle of campus with a shaved heads...
I am not sure why schools don't want to get invovled. By no means do I think the goal of NPC or IFC is to be a policing body, but if that is how it has to be then so be it until groups can wise up. Schools rarely get invovled until it is too late, I guess too much on their plate.
