John Edwards should thank his lucky stars that he has a very classy wife. How he could cheat on Elizabeth while she's fighting cancer just shows his true colors.

I forget where I read it, but apparently she's not Mother Theresa either as far as her treatment of staff, etc. Cancer doesn't make you into a perfect person.

Fixed it for you. Apparently they are no longer living together. I guess she had enough of his two timing ways.

No, cancer can definitely mess with your personality. But I doubt that this was John's first trip down the primrose path.

Good for her! Why spend the remainder of one's life living with someone who needs to have his fly staple-gunned shut when he's not around?

Perhaps she was like that before the cancer.

I'm not a person who thinks "how could you cheat when your husband/wife is sooooo beautiful, awesome, excellent, whatever, full of cancer?"

HAVING a husband/wife is what makes cheating irreprehensible and loserish to me.

Yeah, that's what I meant.

ETA: Thanks BluPhire. I think it is Game Change actually. I read the excerpt in New York magazine.

I agree...I wouldn't want to spend my last days looking at a man who cheated and then didn't have the common decency to take my advice and claim the child he fathered with the other woman!

Wait, I thought she was right next to him in denying the child:

"I've seen pictures, it doesn't look like any of mine."

It's pretty classy calling a toddler "it," when we all know the baby is female.

Gross-ass Ken doll wannabe.

Why would anyone cheat on any spouse wife or husband? This is 2010. Divorce is legal and available. I'm sorry but I dont find this behavior excusable for any reason.
