I thought of this while watching GI Joe (I know not realistic in any sense of the word). But it was the scene where Dennis Quaid is telling all the Joe's that Alpha team has been ordered back to their 'respective' countries, so hence they are supposed to leave as well. But he is like "we have one last mission and I understand if you want to leave (so you don't get in trouble)". And of course none of them leave.  LOL. Only in movies.
