It looks as though you're in LA... with warm weather I'm sure you could get away with no hose and some strappy sandals? For some reason I'm thinking of some off-white linen covered sandals or something... maybe even strappy black if it's not too heavy for the light suit. Any pictures of the suit on the net?
If you have to go the hose route, I would go for an
extremely sheer off-white, and play around with the shoe options.
