You should definitely contact the NPC Delegation for your organization in whatever way that is structured. This lets your organization know that you have a concern, and they can look at the situation. Either they will explain why the Panhellenic is proceeding correctly, or they can then look further into the situation on the NPC side representing your organization and talking with the Area Advisor. If you contact the Area Advisor directly, they will then contact your organization's delegation so you should work through it this way.
